Happy Birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MICHELLE!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!

In case you haven't guessed, it was Michelle's birthday on Friday. I won't tell you how old she is; you'll have to ask her. I was so happy to be able to share that day with her, and laugh with her and have fun celebrating with her.

We went to the Mandarin for dinner, and all together, there were ten of us. Yes, it was indeed a party. Some highlights from my end, I tried lemon chicken and liked it, I almost swallowed half of my fortune from my fortune cookie, and Michelle freaked out when I gave her a weather alarm clock. (Her new toy, and best friend). I also gave her a video I made based on Southpark, where I created characters (Michelle, Brad, the kids, etc) and paradied her weather addiction in a full length episode. Some highlights from that are the running around Ralph, the unirish Irish accent, Brad Pitt, an injury on my part (bandaid and all) and THE IRISH COB TWISTER! If you don't understand, you'll have to watch it, but Michelle seemed to like it, so I didn't have to worry about offending her. (She taped the puppets to our wall).

So happy birthday my dear, I love you like crazy and I really hope you had a good day.
Unfortunately, my birthday is the next one. (Gulps) Turning 22! NO!
Anyways, there, I updated my blog! WOOO!
Rock on!

Don't worry...

I'm not dead. I've just been really busy and kind of in a slight rut again. I have 3 essays due in two weeks, plus a test, and youth group, and work, and on top of everything else, I have an ear infection that's made me deaf in one ear, so I'm on medication for that and it really sucks, not to mention I have people mad at me, and it seems like I never go out and...

Okay enough with the rambling. There are good things too. Like I finally talked to the "person" I was supposed to talk to and it went really well. I think we got things cleared up. I had some cool people (Larissa and Darren) come over last weekend, and we had a terrific time. I finished my first essay, and I bought a new computer game called Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, AND I've got this really great idea for Michelle's birthday which is next Friday, and I'm very excited about it. (Laughs)

See you all soon, I promise to start blogging more

Slowly Dying

Okay so I've been sick for5 days now, and each day that goes by, you'd think I would progressively get better but instead, I have gotten progressively worse! I think I might be dying. This is seriously the worst bout of a cold I've ever had. I've been sick before, loads of times, but not to the point where I had significant trouble breathing. I actually just ran from the computer lab moments ago because I was coughing so hard I almost lost everything. (Threw up). My chest hurts, and I just hope it isn't something like a chest infection or bronchitis or pnemonia. I already missed one day of school and even coming to school today was probably a mistake. At least the fever part of it is gone, but this cough is killing me. Every time I take a deep breath, it hurts. I should go to a clinic or something but I don't know when or where or how. There's no way I can walk to a clinic, and the worst part about this whole thing is that I have a presentation on Thursday! If I'm hacking up a lung, I don't quite understand how I'm going to manage a presentation. I am going to buy some darn effective cough medicine tonight at the mall so that I can take some before my presentation on Thursday (and for the next few days so I can at least cope) but man I can't believe how brutal it's been. The worst part for me is that I'm the kind of "sick" who is really sucky. I guess that little girl is still in me somewhere, wanting to be taken care of when she's sick.
